Abstract

This case study shows us the situation of the company Paul Asociados which is going through an economic crisis and the management headed by Paul Carter aims to improve the Financial Statements of the Company. For this reason, he hires Roberto Salvador because of his managerial experience and skills could make the company continue to have profits and good organizational management. But due to some considerations such as the lack of knowledge of the organizational culture, it makes it difficult for him to achieve the results desired by the management.
