Gestión de la logística en reversa: un enfoque de toma de decisiones bajo incertidumbre, basado en la teoría bayesiana

Resumen

Una vez que se integraron los eslabones de la cadena de suministro dentro de las organizaciones, es decir, se logró concientizar y establecer la visión de la logística integrada, fue posible afrontar la presión de la competitividad global referente al manejo de equipos, productos, componentes, embalajes e incluso sistemas técnicos completos, que debían ser recuperados, estableciendo de esta manera, la gestión de la logística en reversa. Fueron aceptados sistemas de gestión tales como PML (ciclo de vida del producto), ERP (planificación de recursos empresariales), CPM (procesos de colaboración), CRM (relaciones con el cliente), etc. Sin embargo, el mayor desafío en la gestión es la falta de herramientas para la toma de decisiones con la información disponible dentro de estos sistemas. Este trabajo muestra un enfoque para la toma de decisiones basado en la robustez de las redes bayesianas bajo incertidumbre para un IDSS (Sistema inteligente de apoyo para la toma de decisiones).
