ESTRUCTURA INTELECTUAL Y TEMÁTICA DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN SOBRE REPUTACIÓN ONLINE EN TURISMO: UN ESTUDIO BIBLIOMÉTRICO

Resumen
El crecimiento de las plataformas digitales convierte la reputación online en turismo en un factor estratégico para la competitividad del sector. En este sentido, el presente estudio analizó la producción científica sobre reputación online en turismo y hospitalidad mediante un enfoque bibliométrico integrado en la Web of Science. Se recuperaron 27 documentos durante el período 2015‑2025, a través de una ecuación que combinó términos en inglés y español y categorías de negocio, sociología y sistemas de información. Se emplearon Bibliometrix (R) y VOSviewer para analizar el rendimiento, la estructura intelectual (co‑citación) y la estructura conceptual (co‑ocurrencia y mapa temático). Los resultados mostraron un crecimiento sostenido a partir de 2020, con un máximo en 2025. Proserpio y Zervas se destacan como los autores más productivos y de mayor impacto. La red de cocitación revela un campo intelectualmente cohesionado en torno a tres núcleos: marketing de servicios, aplicación turística y economía de plataformas. Se concluye que el campo presenta una desconexión metodológica y geográfica que limita la integración de los avances computacionales con los fundamentos teóricos y la representatividad de contextos turísticos diversos.
