ATENCION PLENA Y LIDERAZGO: PUNTOS DE CONVERGENCIA EN LA EXHIBICIÓN DE NIVELES DE LIDERAZGO

Este artículo académico es una revisión de la literatura de sobre las relaciones existentes entre atención plena o mindfulness y su relación con los niveles de liderazgo con el objetivo de obtener una aproximación clara si la relación entre ambos ha sido relevante para la comunidad científica. La presente investigación se ocupa de definir y clarificar lo que se entiende por Conciencia Plena o Atención Plena, sus componentes o elementos, la naturaleza de su origen, las herramientas de cómo se mide y si existen puntos de convergencia entre el liderazgo y su medición.  De la investigación se concluye que este es un cuerpo de investigación que está en construcción rápidamente por lo que se debe seguir avanzando en la evaluación sobre una relación directa o causal entre los niveles de liderazgo y los niveles de Conciencia plena o Atención Plena.
