Resumen


En lo que se refiere al compromiso laboral, algunos autores denotan la escaza evidencia empírica que muestre los efectos del compromiso laboral sobre el comportamiento innovador (Agarwal, 2014). En consecuencia, es importante realizar investigaciones para determinar qué influye sobre el compromiso de los empleados, lo cual puede hacer que demuestren un comportamiento innovador que conduzca a un mejor desempeño a nivel organizacional (Iqbal et al., 2020). Para esto, antes de realizar un estudio empírico es relevante elaborar una revisión de literatura profunda y encontrar de esta forma qué es lo que ya ha sido estudiado y aún falta por estudiar, para que otros investigadores tengan una guía de las brechas en la literatura. En este trabajo se realiza una revisión de literatura narrativa, apoyado también en los fundamentos de una revisión integradora de la literatura de las variables de interés. Se encuentran los principales conceptos de compromiso laboral y comportamiento innovador, cómo estos interactúan y los resultados en estudios empíricos.
