Optimización del despresado de cerdos mediante una matriz de rendimientos

Abstract

The  present  work  deals  with  the  optimization  of  the  swine  industry,  all  aimed  at  finding  a  better  performance  for  the  company and a better service to the customers. This work presents the development of a linear optimization system for animal, which offers the opportunity to optimize the cutting from the standpoint of the company, and secondly, considering the demand constraints.
