Pruebas de hipótesis aplicadas al control estadístico de procesos

Abstract

This paper gives the theoretical principles of hypothesis tests on statistical process control, in order to show the relationship between hypothesis tests related to means and control charts for monitoring the averages of several characteristics to be controlled into production processes, particularly in Ecuadorian banana production. In this sense, it has been done an illustration of univariate and multivariate analysis in the control charts for characteristics to be monitored in order to make decisions related to harvest and post- harvest stages of the fruit.
