Statistical study of employers' perception regarding ESPOL graduates and professionals

Abstract

The present research contains a statistical analysis carried out in the cities of Guayaquil and Quito, in relation to the perception that the employers of public and private institutions with respect to the graduate of ESPOL in the academic formation acquired during their student stay. Some concepts are described such as: information related to the company, knowledge, skills and abilities of the graduate, institutional image, emotional and intellectual background of the professional. The employer assesses the egress and professional profile of the graduating student. Multivariate statistics appreciate the need to strengthen the ability to participate in entrepreneurship activities, especially in technical careers.
