El trazador cúbico paramétrico cerrado y el cálculo de áreas

Abstract

In this article a special form of the cubic spline in parametric form is proposed to describe closed plane figures. The resulting polynomials by segments allow to calculate the area of the figure using the Green's theorem. As support for this research a computational application was implemented for obtaining results. These results are compared with known figures and a convergence criterion and precision is defined.
