Abstract

 In this article we take a walk disclosure by the history of Greek mathematics, likening it to the Babylonian and Egyptian mathematics for the purposes of illustrating the use of the deductive method by Greeks compared to the empirical method of Egyptians and Babylonians also highlight the contributions of the major Greek mathematicians, like Thales, Pythagoras, Euclid, Archimedes, and others.
